SevenWired is a small digital marketing agency based in Jackson, Georgia. We respect your privacy and we keep things simple. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email us at info@sevenwired.com and we will sort it out.
Who we are
"SevenWired," "we," "our," and "us" refer to SevenWired LLC, a Georgia limited liability company located in Jackson, Georgia. We provide digital marketing services to home service operators, primarily across the Southeast.
Our website is sevenwired.com. This privacy policy applies to that website and to the services we provide through it.
Information we collect
We collect only what you give us and what your browser sends automatically when you visit our site. We do not buy data, scrape public profiles, or run third-party advertising trackers.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on our site (the audit form or the contact form), we collect what you enter into that form. Depending on which form you submit, this can include:
- Your name and role at your company
- Your business name, website, and service area
- Your email address and phone number
- Information about your business size, revenue range, marketing spend, goals, and timeline
- Any additional notes or messages you choose to send us
We do not request and do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, bank account information, health information, or government identification numbers through our website forms.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, our web server records standard log data, including your IP address, the date and time of the visit, the page you requested, your browser type, and the referring page. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and basic usage reporting. We do not link this data to your form submissions unless we have reason to investigate spam, abuse, or technical issues.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to do what you asked us to do. Specifically:
- Respond to your inquiry. When you submit the audit form, we use your contact info to send you the requested audit and a follow-up email. When you submit the contact form, we use it to reply to your message.
- Send the requested deliverable. For audit requests, the deliverable is a written audit and proposal we prepare specifically for your business.
- Follow up about our services. If you submitted a form expressing interest in our services, we may follow up by email or phone to continue the conversation. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- Improve our work. We use anonymized patterns across submissions to improve our processes, the audit format, and our site. We do not sell or share individual information for this purpose.
- Comply with the law. If we are legally required to retain or disclose information, we will do so to the minimum extent required.
We do not use your information to target you with ads, train AI models, sell to data brokers, or share with companies you have not heard from us about.
Who we share with
The list of companies that touch your information is short, and we use each one only for a specific operational purpose.
- SendGrid (a Twilio company). Email delivery. When you submit a form on our site, SendGrid is the service that delivers the resulting email to us and the confirmation email to you. SendGrid's privacy policy is at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
- Our web host. Our website and form database are stored with a commercial web hosting provider. They have access to the underlying servers as part of normal hosting operations.
- Phone carriers. If you call or text the phone number on our site, your carrier handles the call.
If we ever bring on a new service that would process your data (for example, a CRM or a calendar booking tool), we will update this list. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
If our business is acquired, the acquirer would inherit the data we hold. We would notify you before that happened.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as the conversation is active or for as long as we have a reasonable business interest in following up. If you become a client, we retain records related to our engagement for as long as required by our service agreement and for a reasonable period after for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution purposes.
If you ask us to delete your information and we have no overriding legal or contractual reason to keep it, we will delete it from our systems within 30 days. See the rights section below.
Your rights
You can ask us to do any of the following at any time:
- See what we have. We will send you a copy of the information we have on file for you.
- Correct it. If something is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
- Delete it. If you want us to delete your records, we will, subject to any legal or contractual obligation that requires us to keep them.
- Stop hearing from us. You can unsubscribe from any email we send by replying with "unsubscribe" or asking us to remove you. We will stop within five business days.
To make a request, email info@sevenwired.com with the subject line "Privacy request." We will reply within a reasonable time, generally within ten business days.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold:
- Our website is served over HTTPS, which encrypts data in transit between your browser and our server.
- Form submissions are stored in a server-side database that is not accessible to the public.
- Our internal admin dashboard is password protected, and only authorized SevenWired team members have access.
- We do not store passwords, payment cards, or government IDs through our website forms.
No system is perfectly secure. If we ever experience a breach that affects your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
Cookies and tracking
Our public website does not use cookies for advertising, analytics, or tracking. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar trackers on this site as of the date listed at the top of this policy.
Our admin dashboard uses a session cookie strictly to keep SevenWired staff signed in. It is not used to track visitors.
If we ever add an analytics tool, we will update this section before turning it on.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for business owners and operators. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted a form on our site, contact us and we will delete the information.
State-specific rights
Several states give residents additional rights regarding their personal information, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah. These rights generally include the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of certain types of data sharing.
We honor these rights for all visitors regardless of state. If you live in a state with specific privacy laws and want to exercise your rights, email info@sevenwired.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We do not sell personal information and we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.
Note for California residents: SevenWired does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act. You can still request access, deletion, or correction at any time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. For material changes, we will post a notice on this page for at least 30 days. We recommend checking this page if you want to know what is current.
