Here is a basic list of the services I offer (I can do pretty much anything when it comes to computers and technology, but I can’t list everything):
- Computer Repair – This is a very generic category and can be anything from replacing bad parts (hard drive, video card, network cards, etc.) to software issues. Sometimes it make more sense to replace your computer instead of repairing it. Trust me, I will let you know if that’s the case with your computer. I don’t want to see you spend your money when you shouldn’t.
- Virus Removal – I’ve created a process that allows me to effectively remove the majority of viruses I encounter. And for those tougher ones, I still have a few tricks up my sleeve that will remove those too
- Networks – I’ve installed many networks in homes and businesses. Networks can be as small as a couple of computers in your house using a wireless router, or could be a multi-workstation/server environment in your business that utilizes a T1 connection with multiple routers/switches/firewalls, etc.
- Data Backup – Please have some sort of backup procedure in place! I’ve been called so many times by a panic stricken customer telling me that their computer died during a storm, or that their server isn’t working, etc. only to find out that they didn’t have some sort of backup of their data. Let me help you create a backup plan.
- Website Design – I have many years of experience of creating websites for businesses as well as helping implement a business’ online marketing. If you have questions about this service please let me know.
